About This Project

At the beginning of November, a wonderful group of 16 students from Poznań, Poland, arrived in Málaga for work placements in the professions of mechatronics technician, renewable energy specialist, air conditioning specialist, and roboticist.

The students worked in companies dealing with, among other things, the installation of solar panels and heating and air-conditioning systems, where they gained the opportunity to participate in such a process from the moment the order was placed to the installation of the equipment in the customer’s home.

Other students worked in electronics and machine design companies, where they had the opportunity to work with 3D design and this type of printing. They were even able to design a robot themselves!

In their free time, the group often went hiking in the area and visited the beautiful, world-famous Marbella, which combines the charm of an Andalusian seaside town with the modernity of a metropolitan city.

Certainly, after these two weeks in Spain, the participants of this project will forever have unforgettable memories and skills that will serve them in their future careers.

PARTICIPANTS’ OPINIONS

Szymon Matuszek

I wanted to go to Spain because it is a completely different world for me. The work on my internship was not very different from the one in Poland, but I have certainly learned to speak English more fluently and to install a heat pump, as I have never done that before. In my free time, I swam in the sea and spent time with my friends. Overall, I enjoyed it very much and I would like to go there again sometime.

Maksymilian Leszczyński

I really enjoyed my internships in Spain. I was positively surprised by the wide range of services offered by my host company. In the company, we worked in 3D programs, we could print things designed by us on 3D printers. We also discovered the basics of CNC machines and Arduino. I was delighted with this form of practice.

Bartosz Szyja

Spain is a very beautiful country. I liked it there very much. I wanted to go to Spain because I wanted to learn something new. I was captivated by the sea and the palm trees. In my free time, I walked a lot and did a lot of sightseeing. The work was very cool, and interesting and I learned a lot about my profession, which is mechatronic.
