10 Polish trainees spent three weeks in Seville in the summer of 2015 to learn all there is to know about cooking and baking abroad. The trainees did internships in local restaurants and bars, carrying out tasks such as:
- Trim and chop vegetables
- Prepare dishes like seafood: squids, shrimps
- Prepare snails dishes
- Prepare Spanish tapas
- Dishes decoration
- Serve dishes
The trainees also learnt Spanish – both on the job as during their classes -, went on a Seville Tour, visited the general archives of the Indies and played a football match with and against both local students as students from abroad.
