About This Project

For a period of three weeks in the end of April 2018, 14 Polish trainees enjoyed the Seville summer while doing internships abroad. The trainees did an internship in photographic advertising. In order to improve their professional skills and competencies, they fulfilled multiple different tasks, such as:

  • Briefing the clients
  • Creating a blog and a photography portfolio
  • Studio portrait photography applying the principles of depth of field, distance, composition and light
  • Photo processing using editors such as Bridge, Photoshop, and Lightroom
  • RAW file processing
  • Optimizing images online
  • Social media publishing
  • Photo production
  • Preparing and publishing an online campaign

Apart from their practical training, the trainees also participated in all kinds of activities to fully enjoy their stay in Spain: they received basic Spanish classes, took part in a Seville Tour to know better its secrets. In the weekend, the group did a trip to Malaga, other beautiful Adnalusian city, where they enjoyed their time visiting historical monuments and spending time on Malagueta beach.

We wish the students the best of luck in their future studies and careers and are sure they will greatly benefit from their stay in Sevilla.

The practice with tutors was a very positive experience, that gave me a lot of knowledge about work in marketing agency. The Spanish course was a interesting thing, which means that it let me know more about the Spanish language and a culture. It was very nice to live here, in the residence for that long time too. I’m really glad that I could take part in that project and I’ll surely remember it for a long time!

In these 3 weeks I’ve learned a lot of important skills and new things. Thanks to this, I developed my adventure with camera and not only. The trips to Cadiz and Malaga were really amazing. I will never forget them. In my opinion Spanish courses were interesting and all of us willingly participated in them.
