September is usually a month the students dread as they have to go back to school, but not this group! Instead of staying in Slovakia, this creative group of 12 artistic trainees flew to Spain to enjoy a three-week internship in Ubeda. They carried out tasks such as:
- Designing and creating logos for companies
- Assisting in the development of posters, advertisements
- Using software programs in graphic design sector, as Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.
- Making ceramic items
- Carving into pots
- Drawing
Even though the trainees already had lots of fun during their practical training, our Ubeda team also took great care of them. The trainees were taken to a olive oil centre, enjoyed their Spanish casses, tasted the local food during a traditional tapas night, left on trips to Baeza and Cordoba, had a stroll around Ubeda and visited the Sinagoga del agua!
We hope the trainees had a great stay and we are sure they gained valuable knowledge and skills for their future lives.
