About This Project

In February 2018, a group of 5 students from Villefranche-sur-Saône (France) came to Seville to do an internship as Administrative, Receptionist and Customers Welcoming. During their internship, they learnt new things and developed their professional abilities in the fields above, carrying out several tasks, such as:

  • Assisting coordinators in project management and attending meetings if necessary;
  • Searching new clients through the data base;
  • Managing company’s social media Facebook;
  • Performing administrative activities;
  • Assisting in welcoming the guest to the hostel and arranging reservations;
  • Dealing with customer service;

Furthermore, they learned some Spanish and found out some historical, cultural and gastronomical features about Seville during a Spanish course, a Seville Tour and a Tapas Night.

We hope that our trainees had fun and that they learned many things that will be useful for their future work and private life.

PARTICIPANTS’ OPINIONS

Hello, my name is Tiphaine! I´m 16 years old and I live in Lyon, France. I wanted to do my internship abroad in Spain with Erasmus + to discover a new country and improve my level in Spanish. I ‘ve been working in Euromind company (in Sevilla) during 4 weeks. I had the possibility to work in a multicultural working environment, my workmates were from different European countries and all of them were very friendly and patient with me. This experience in Spain allowed me to be more independent and to adapt myself to a new culture. I performed different tasks during this internship using the company application, I arranged many documents for the project preparation such as training certificates for students, I downloaded photos, I filled out the projects final report with the course note and the comments of the evaluation. Moreover, we have been accommodated in a small apartment where we learned to live in community and to learn to manage the budget the school gave us. Very useful and important experience!

My name is Emma, I am 16 years old and I come from France. Thanks to Erasmus + I went to Seville in Spain for a professional training in a hotel (the Ibis hotel). This experience has been very beneficial for me, both professionally and personally. The apartment where we lived was very well located, this allowed us to get to know the city, visit every beautiful side of it and we definitely fell in love with Seville. Thanks Euromind and Erasmus + for this great experience!
