For four weeks during the spring of 2015, a group of 14 Polish students flew all the way to Seville to undertake interships in the administration sector. They had the opportunity to work in different types of businesses and hereby gaining useful experience for later employment in their country or abroad.
The tasks of the interns included the following:
Not only did they learn plenty on the job, they also had the great opportunity to learn basic Spanish, to discover the local food during Tapas Night and to visit two of the most famous Andalusian cities, Cadiz and Malaga. The stay in Spain was a great experience for all parties!
Klaudia Grodzka:
‘What have I experienced here? First of all, I broke language barrier problems; I polished up my Spanish and English. I became more open, confident and independent. I learned many things here that can be useful in further work related to this industry. I understood the Spanish system of work and met trustworthy people. Coming here was a good experience for each trainee.’
Rafał Jaźwiński:
‘The internship has been a very good experience for me, for my personal and professional development. I had the chance to get to know a new culture and new customs. I improved my communication skills in English and Spanish; I learned to be responsible for my work, to write reports. I recommend to this type of experience to everyone.’
