In January 2019, EuroMind had the pleasure to host 2 teachers from Croatia, who came to Seville to compare the teaching methods in Spain. They got to visit Mechanical Manufacturing Department, Electrotechnical Systems, Electronic Items Development and Automotive Department in a private school.During their training they were able to:
- To learn different methodologies for developing new tools and applications for learning in order to improve quality of VET education
- To analyze and compare school curriculum and techniques in Croatia and Spain
- To understand Spanish educational system of VET schools and their schooling system in general
- To identify the importance of international cooperation in such projects
- To improve own skills as a teacher and thus improve the interaction between students and teachers
- To improve their language abilities and verify their knowledge
- To learn how to better intertwine theory and practice by observing the classes and students’ work ethic
According to participant the most beneficial things were learning from experienced colleagues, getting new ideas for improving their teaching in the field of CNC and gathering new contacts.
´´ Summary of this project is an improvement of our skills, gathering new ideas, experience and implementing in our educational system with aim to improve our teaching. Also this project let us know Spanish language and culture better. This project was very good and useful. ´´
