At the end of September 2015, we had a nice visit by 11 German trainees! These youngsters stayed in Ubeda for a period of three weeks, carrying out internships in the field of industrial administration a various host companies. They all carried out tasks specific to their respective companies, such as the following:

• Providing customer service in a professional, courteous and friendly manner
• Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office
• Using photocopier, printer and scanner
• Preparing, scaning and placing documents in electronic and paper filing systems
• Processing invoices, receipts and payments
• Deals with financial paperwork

Next to that, the trainees had intensive Spanish classes to make them fit in perfectly. We are sure they learnt a lot and hope they had a fantastic trip.
