About This Project

In October 2019, a group of 20 students from Wrocław came to Malaga to spend three weeks improving their professional and linguistic competences. During the internship, they gained new experience and enjoyed life in Spain.

The students were divided into two groups regarding their skills and future career. The first group expanded knowledge and skills working as administrative assistants in the host companies. Their main responsibilities consisted of assisting in the coordination of events during project delivery as well as of undertaking general administration in the office. The interns also managed database and took care of social media. The second group of Polish students tried their best as marketing and advertising assistants. They analyzed prices and purchased office supplies, provided appropriate organization of invoices, and performed general office duties.

Additionally, the interns took part in many cultural activities, such as the Malaga Tour.  The students were able to see the oldest parts of Malaga and explore its history. They also visited Seville, the beautiful capital od Andalusia which is a historical masterpiece full of Islamic monuments, gardens and flamenco shows. The interns went on a one-day trip to Gibraltar where they could climb up to the top of the Rock to admire the spectacular views stretching out to Morocco and play with the famous monkeys.

Spain is a beautiful country with a rich history and tradition. I am glad that I had the oppurnity to do the internship there and had a good time. A trip to Gibraltar will stay in my memory for a long time. I completed my internship in Malaga in a host company in a very nice atmosphere. Thanks to the internship I learned a lot – not only professional skills in my profession, but also how to deal with new situations.

The internship in Spain, despite the fact that the beginning was not very successful, I think it was one of the best things that happened in my life. The beautiful views, sunny weather and sandy beaches made me feel like on holidays. I spent my free time on sightseeing, resting, shopping, doing various activities and integrating with friends. During trips I had an opportunity to see Seville and Gibraltar where I bought souvenirs, took photos and unforgettable impressions. I will remember this internship for a long time.
