2 teachers from Romania spent one week in Seville participating in a staff training course on a very interesting topic: ‘How to manage behaviour problems among learners from young learners through early teenagers and teenagers?’ They had the opportunity to improve their knowledge in the field of their job by participating in front lessons and taking part in very nice group activities.
The activities included talks about the most common behaviour traits, the importance of a friendly and supportive school environment, types and causes of students’ disruptive behaviour, techniques of behaviour modification and many more.
The teachers stated they were very happy about their stay and would definitely go home with plenty of new ideas.
