About This Project

For four weeks of September, Seville hosted 28 trainees from Kluczbork in Poland. They were working in fields of IT, graphic design and logistics developing their professional skills. During their stay, their main duties were:

  • Dismantling, reassembly and replacing of simple electrical, electronic and mechanical components
  • Programming with JavaScript
  • Using layout programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, C++, HTML and CSS
  • Conceiving, designing, modifying and creating images using programs such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel
  • Conceiving, producing and managing visual communication projects
  • Helping in the preparation of offers for clients of the company
  • Supporting the data collection system
  • Assistance in assembling the necessary delivery devices

During their stay, the trainees could get to know some of the most important parts of Spanish culture. They participated in Seville Tour and visited Plaza de Toros where bullfighting is being carried. One of the evenings, the group was taken to a real Spanish tapas bar to allow them to experience Tapas Night. The students also have visited Malaga and Gibraltar during their one-day trips.

Hopefully, the internships have fulfilled their expectations and they enjoyed their time in Spain.

We hope that the internship fulfilled all the expectations of our trainees and that the experience will serve them in the future.

PARTICIPANTS’ OPINIONS

Mateusz Dziwinski
Mateusz Dziwiński:

Hi, I’m Mateusz Dziwiński. I am 18 years old and I am a student of Technikum nr1 in Kluczbork of an IT profile. As part of the Erasmus + project “Professional experience as the key to success” along with logistics and IT specialists, I completed apprenticeships in Seville, Spain.  My job was to service computers, laptops, and other peripherals. I was also involved in installing, formatting and cleaning the computer from unnecessary files and programs. My supervisor was Danny. We communicated mainly in English, but sometimes we spoke Spanish. That is why I thank him for a useful Spanish lesson. In my opinion, everyone should take advantage of such a chance to go to foreign internships because it is great and you can learn a lot.

Hi, I’m Marcel Białaszczyk. I’m 18 years old, I’m studying in Logistics in ZSL-T in Kluczbork. I worked at the company which provides courier services around Seville. Angel was my supervisor, he was very friendly and already on the first day, he introduced me to a group of people with whom I had to cooperate. As the only one from the group of logistics, I worked alone. My job was to scan logistic labels and load parcels on a delivery truck and together with the company’s drivers, we delivered them to customers. In the company, I communicated mainly in English.’

Weronika MiskalaWeronika Miskala:

My name is Weronika Miskala. I’m a student in Technical Secondary School in Kluczbork on a logistic profile. I held my apprenticeship with Paweł Kirylau in Spain in the store as part of the project Erasmus+ “Doświadczenie zawodowe kluczem do sukcesu”. I was busy unpacking cartons and scanning barcodes. I also distributed merchandise around the store and placed it in designated places. My tutor was Silvestre, a man who despite the language differences could explain the tasks assigned to me. It was a very nice job with my colleagues who I was talking with mainly in English.
