Our group of ten students from the Czech Republic came to Seville to enhance their skills as cooks and waiters in the hospitality industry. Seville, packed to the brim with restaurants offering amazing Andalusian cuisine, beyond any doubt is the perfect place for their internships.

Depending on their traineeship position either as a cook or waiter, they performed several tasks such as setting and clearing tables, taking customer orders and collecting table reservations, learning about typical Spanish cuisine, promoting local specialties to visitors, assisting with the food preparation and quality checks, providing help in planning and coordinating work in the kitchen.

Apart from their practical training, the trainees took part in several cultural activities that helped them to get to know more about the Spanish culture while enjoying their time altogether. As well as the Seville tour, the students also took trips to other nearby cities and places like Gibraltar, Malaga, and Faro (Portugal). Thanks to the intensive Spanish course offered to the group by our company, the trainees have improved their level of the Spanish language.
