In June, 17 students from Poland completed an internship in the IT and mechatronics professions in sunny Málaga. They spent three weeks in Spain gaining new skills!
The students worked together, in the same company, but each focused on their own task, and at the end of the project, the effect of both individual and group efforts could be admired. It was certainly a good lesson, also in the sense of life, as teamwork and the ability to cooperate with others are just as valuable as technical skills. At the internship, students had the opportunity to improve their skills in programming, design or even 3D printing!
They also didn’t miss the sightseeing during the three weeks! The students visited the charming coastal town of Nerja and had the opportunity to see the beautiful old town of Córdoba with their own eyes.
It was intense, but in the most positive sense of the word, three weeks that we will all remember fondly for a long time!

I wanted to go to Spain to learn about the traditions and culture of this nation. In this country, I was surprised by the Spanish attitude to work and other people – generally, people talk a lot, and they were very friendly and helpful. In my host company, we dealt with the 3D design, printing, and laser cutting of various types of elements from which we then created very interesting projects. I really enjoyed it there.

I wanted to come to Spain because I like to visit new places. From my observations, Spain is a warm and charming country, the people there were nice and friendly, there were many attractions and interesting places to visit, and the views were wonderful. My internship in Malaga was about learning how to make computer games. I liked it a lot and I learned a lot. In my free time, I visited the countryside around Malaga and played in the pool and at the beach. It was great there and I would like to go back.

I consider the whole trip to be excellent. I came to Spain mainly for an internship and to see another country. I liked it very much, everything there was excellent, the food was great, the people were very nice, there was nothing to complain about. In my free time, I liked to walk on the beach or take pictures of the beautiful landscapes, and in between, I used the hotel pool. We learned everything from scratch, but I enjoyed it more and more every day. Our tutor explained things in a very interesting and funny way and I was very happy with this trip.
