About This Project

A group of 15 students from Salezjańskie Szkoły Rzemiosł w Łodzi came to Seville to spend two weeks getting to know a new culture and gaining experience and developing their professional skills as IT technicians specialized in mobile apps exactly. Everyone of them had a chance to develop their own app using Android Studio. It was really ambitious work and they gained a lot of new knowledge. Besides the internship they could get to know Sevilla really well and also visited sunny Cádiz  where they enjoyed walking through the Atlantic coast line. They also had a trip to Gibraltar, even that was raining they enjoyed a lot eating famous British dish called fish and chips. We hope the students came back home with a lot of unforgettable memories and enjoyed their time in Spain as much as possible . High fly guys!

PARTICIPANTS’ OPINIONS

Milosz Olkiewicz

I’m Milosz Olkiewicz and I study in Salezjanskie Szkoly Rzemiosl School in Lodz. My trip to Sevilla for
a two-week school practice organised by ERASMUS about programming apps for the Android system
was a truly enriching experience. I came to Sevilla with a bunch of schoolmates who also qualified to
take this course. A course itself was intensive and focused, taking place from Monday to Friday each
week from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The teacher was knowledgeable and experienced, and he provided
a wealth of practical information. Because of not so demanding schedule, I was able to make time to
explore Sevilla and its surroundings. The city itself is a beautiful and vibrant place, with a rich history
and culture. I was especially impressed by the Cathedral de Sevilla and the Real Alcázar, both of which
are truly stunning. I also had the opportunity to visit Cadiz, which was a great experience.
Unfortunately, the weather was not always cooperative during out trip. It rained quite a bit, which
made it a bit more challenging to enjoy all that the city has to offer. However, I was still able to make
the most of my time there, and I had a great time overall. In conclusion, my two-week trip to Sevilla
was a fantastic experience. I learned a lot about programming apps for the Android system, and I was
also able to explore a beautiful and fascinating city

Emanuel Tomaszewski

My name is Emanuel Tomaszewski and I am 16 years old. Im student of Salezjańskie Szkoły Rzemiosł
in Łódź. I came to Seville on the 4th of December. During my stay in Spain, I take classes in a company
where I learn about Android and programming apps for it. Lessons were very interesting and
developing. The teacher was helpful. I gained so much knowledge about programming and Android
which I can use in the future. We also have so many howling trips with my friends around Seville. We
have two bigger trips, one to Cádiz and the second to Gibraltar. This first one is so phenomenal
because the day was so sunny, I ate paella and walked around the city. Next day we went to Gibraltar.
weather was not good and rained a lot but with couple of friends we managed to cross the border
and walked around the main street doing some shopping and eating fish and chips. I will never forget
these 2 weeks in Spain.
