During their stay in Malaga, the trainees not only developed their work skills, but they also took part in different cultural activities such as Malaga tour, Malaga Boat Trip Catamaran, and workshops which allowed them to get acquainted with Spanish culture and feel like Spanish people in the city of Malaga.

The group was given very intensive Spanish lessons with our Spanish Teacher. euroMind’s teaching methods were very effective as they made learning fun through playing games and creating an enjoyable atmosphere in the class. The Spanish classes can be described in 2 words: dynamic and practical!

PARTICIPANTS’ OPINIONS

 Monika Beyer

I did my internship at the “Feel Hostels Soho” hotel. I learned many things that were sometimes
challenging for me. A smiling crew greeted me every morning. I got to work immediately. I started
with weighing and arranging hotel linen. Then I changed the sheets in the living units, then cleaned
the stairs, corridors, and the hall. Finally, I was sweeping the glass surface of the terrace. I spent my
internship very nice and pleasant. During the whole stay, I liked the catamaran cruise the most and
the viewpoints where we could admire the beautiful Malaga. I consider the trip successful, and the
time spent in Malaga was very interesting.

Miłosz Karepin

I did my internship first at the Pez Espada Hotel in Torremolinos, and then at the Feel Soho Hostel
Malaga. My duties were mainly hotel guest service, including guest registration and luggage storage
service. What I liked the most about this small hostel was the great atmosphere among the staff and
the ease of establishing relationships with customers and more. What I liked the most about my job
was that I could speak English and Spanish and develop my skills in this direction. Thanks to the
project, I was able to visit many amazing places and get to know a completely different culture and
people.

I did my internship in the La Canasta confectionery. My tasks included making eclairs and finishing
cakes and pastries. I got to know some typical Andalusian confectionery such as borrachuelos,
mantecadas and gañotes. During my stay, I enjoyed visiting the beautiful Malaga and most of all the
Malaga Tour with Mrs. Aneta, where she told us about the famous monuments of this city. The stay
in Spain was full of positive impressions for me
