A group of sixteen Polish students from ¨Fundacja Zielony Slon¨ came to Seville in July 2019 to spend over two amazing weeks working in the hotel industry and experiencing the Andalusian culture.
The interns had an opportunity to work in all areas of the hotel. One group tried their best working as cooks and waiters. They not only served and prepared food but also had a chance to talk to guests, recommend dishes, and learn about Spanish cuisine and local dishes. The second group worked as housekeepers which let them get to know the system of work and collaboration between different units of the hotel. Other interns had an insight into receptionist work: they assisted in administrative activities, such as check-ins and check-outs.
In addition, Polish students were provided with a great number of cultural and educational opportunities. They took an intensive Spanish course. euroMind´s team also organized Seville tour to show how beautiful and interesting the city is. The interns visited Albufeira – the largest and the most energetic town in the southern Portugal´s coastline as well as some charming cities in Spain: Malaga and Cadiz.

My job was fantastic. Every day I cleaned glasses and made coffee. I prepared craft drinks and I poured beer. Every day I met new people. People in my job were nice and funny. I hope I can live here someday.
