About This Project

In September 2019, a group of 18 Polish students came to Seville to do their internships. They spent four weeks gaining professional experience, improving their linguistic skills, and enjoying Spain.

The interns were spread across Seville to work in their chosen fields. Some of them did their best working as IT technicians and IT programmers. They dealt with designing new webpages and with developing the existing ones by applying newly acquired knowledge. What is more, the interns got to know the elements of C++ and Arduino. The other group of students worked as graphic designers. They got familiarized with the development of projects proposed by the company to help them in the preparation of offers for clients. The future graphic designers also had a chance to use graphic software, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel. Additionally, some students gained experience working as CNC operators. Their main tasks consisted of operating and monitoring machines for cutting, drilling and grinding the metal as well as carrying out maintenance of the machine and operating it.

The euroMind team provided the interns with a great number of cultural activities. They went on the Kayak Tour on the Guadalquivir river, during which the trainees were taken on a journey through some of most important historical moments in Seville. The interns also took part in the Cultural Bike Tour; the group were able to visit the most important places and monuments in the city while joining sport and culture in one activity. What is more, they travelled to Gibraltar, Cordoba and Aracena on a one-day trips to explore the beauty of those places.
