About This Project

In November 2015 we had the pleasure to welcome a big group of 26 Polish trainees, who would stay in Seville for a three-week internship in the gastronomy/hospitality sector. The trainees carried out tasks such as:

  • Preparing vegetables and fruits
  • Preparing the main dishes
  • Decorating dishes
  • Preparing seafood
  • Customer service

Furthermore, the trainees received Spanish classes, went on a tapas night, and visited two other Andalusian cities, namely Malaga and Cordoba. We hope they had a great and interesting stay and that they are doing well.
