In May 2018, our Malaga team hosted a group of 5 Polish trainees from Jaworzno, Poland. They stayed for a three-week practical training in the sector of hairdressing and gastronomy, where they could improve their skills and knowledge.

The cooks have learned to prepare traditional Spanish dishes, keeping the workplace clean and developing cooking skills. They also helped in planning and coordinating work in the kitchen. The hairdressers learned to organize the workplace, select appropriate tools and supplies for hairdressers. They also got know methods and techniques used in Spanish hair salons and assisting in the performance of hair treatments, haircuts, and hairstyles.

During this trip, they had enjoyed amazing places like Gibraltar and Granada, besides discovering Malaga both historically and culturally. Moreover, everybody from the group took part in a basic Spanish course, where they learned useful a vocabulary from their work sector and basic expressions.

We are sure, that internship was a good experience for trainees, where they improved their skills and knowledge. We hope that they had enjoyed the exchange in Spain.
