The students had opportunity to put into practice what they had been taught at school! They could also get to know better Spanish work environment. They were assiting in the repair, renovation and maintenance of carpentry. Moreover, they cut materials with hand and electronic tools. The students got to knew processes of constructions of various type of furniture.

After practices, they didn´t waste their time and they were exploring capital of Andalusia with their teachers. The students have visited Metropol Parasol, Plaza de Toros, Plaza de España and other Andalusian city – Cádiz. They had also chance to try local cuisine. We hope, you’ll remember this adventure for a long time!

It was a very nice experience for me. I did not think that Seville was such a beautiful city with t hat much history. I saw all the sights, but I cannot decide which was the most beautiful. Friendly people and a lot of fast food restaurants, which in Slovenia not at all (Burger King, Starbucks, Taco Bell…) Even if we did not speak Spanish, I really liked the practice, because I did not think that I would be working behind a machine on the first day. There are few such machines in Slovenia, only the largest factories have them. The mentors Alex and Lidia were great, they taught me a lot. The other colleagues also welcomed us. I saw many types of wood that are rare in Slovenia. Seville will remain a very nice memory for me.

I found the event in Spain very interesting. I got used to a lot of new things at work and what was most fascinating to me was that we had to communicate with each other but we did not know how. But we did! I really like Spain as a country, but there are also some shocking things in it. We tried the Spanish cuisine and I think it is very good. I will leave Spain with a smile and I will gladly come back
