About This Project

In September 2022, 21 students from Poland came to Málaga for internships in the professions of geodetic surveyor, IT specialist and car mechanic.

The students did their internships in companies involved in 3D design, machine servicing or car repair shops, among others. Be sure to check out the feedback from the participants of this project, because no one can express how awesome the internships are as well as someone who has been on them!

The group spent their free time exploring the region in the form of trips to Granada and Córdoba, where opinions are divided as to which of the iconic monuments is more beautiful – the cathedral in Córdoba or the Alhambra palace in Granada. It’s best to find out for yourself…

We are delighted to have worked with you and wish you further great adventures and wonderful career development!

The unforgettable moments, the people we met, the amazing sights and the work combined with learning will stay in my memory forever. The experience I gathered and the knowledge I gained during my internship will certainly come in handy in the future. Spain is a beautiful country that I have always wanted to visit, so when I heard about the practice, I did not give it a second thought. I visited places that were memorable and I will remember them with a smile. The thing that surprised me the most about Spain was the people – smiling, friendly, cheerful, spontaneous. At the company where we worked, and more specifically with our internship tutor Miguel – he is a very positive and smiling person, thanks to whom we did not get bored while working. At the company itself, we were introduced to the UNITY program – where we worked and created applications for the phone together or individually. In the second week of the internship, we learned how to use and implement accelerometer and gyroscope functions in smartphones for games. At the end, during the last week we created our own mobile game ourselves.

I am very satisfied with the internship experience. I have always wanted to go abroad and this project gave me such opportunity. Spain is a nice country in terms of landscapes, architecture and the cities, especially the palm trees. During my internship I learned various things in the Unity Hub program related to my profession such as creating games, apps, programming, learning the various components used in such games/apps that everyone has in their smartphones. I had a very nice and understanding internship supervisor who spoke fluent English and was able to explain and help with the task if there were any problems. In my free time, I really enjoyed going to the beach, enjoying the beautiful views of the city and dining in restaurants with good food. Overall, I would recommend to everyone to apply for such an experience because it is really worth it.

In Spain, the thing that amazed me is that people are not in a hurry and are very happy. I worked in a workshop with the boss that is Bulgarian and the mechanic that is Spanish. They welcomed me very warmly and when I had a problem, they were happy to help me and explain to me. Before coming to Spain, I was afraid that if I was alone in the workshop, I would not be able to cope with the language barrier, but looking at their attitude towards foreigners, it was easy to communicate. I spent my free time actively: going to the beaches, visiting museums, visiting nice places, and admiring beautiful views.
