In May, a group of 20 Polish students had the opportunity to work during 4 weeks as cooks, technicians and administrative in Seville.

The cooks had the opportunity to learn something about Spanish typical cuisine, new recipes and different methods of cooking, ways of peeling and cutting vegetables, fruit and meet, and became confident with utensils in the kitchen and understand how they have to check the quality of food they had to serve and the way of storage.

Technicians practiced how to exanimate and diagnostic hardware, read electronic diagrams and learn the best way of do an intervention to computers, also with managing different devices and installing, assembling and upgrading different types of hardware.

In the administrative sector the internship was taken in a library, and there was the opportunity of taking care of the shop, organizing the products from a material point of view and also by creating and modifying documents, by classifying and this kind of stuff.

The group also had the opportunity to take part in a Spanish course, had some activities in Seville such as Flamenco show, paella night, tours in Seville and also in Albufeira, Cádiz, Cordoba and Málaga.
