At the beginning of June a group of Polish students from Kielce was welcomed in Seville to do their internship in a Host Organization, where they got the positions of marketing and advertising technicans, as well as graphic designers. They arrived full of courage and motivation to start their new challenge, and were led here by curiosity.
The training program was divided into 3 stages. In the first one they got to know the company’s structure and system of working, they got the general overview of the tasks and projects they were supposed to do later on. In other words – they learned about the company and got familiar with the work stand. After this they were introduced to more demanding and more complex tasks that required more responsibility – like signing surveys in Google Format, editing video spots or developing the techniques of creative work. This way the trainees were developing their professional skills further as well as slowly took up new tasks and performed job-related assignments. In the last, 3rd stage, they were given more responsibilities and tasks depending on their development and performance review. They were developing a focus group based on an advertising campaign and got to know how to produce advertising chart using Photoshop.
Besides working hard, they made an unforgettable cultural and social experience. euroMind provided a unique, very dynamic and fun at the same time, language course, during which the students could improve their Spanish. Furthermore, they took part in cultural activities such as Paella Night, where they were given a great opportunity to taste the real Andalusian flavors. During Seville city tour they admired beautiful parts of the historical center, but what’s more, they had a chance to visit a charming town of Albufeira, located in Algarve coastline.
All this – gaining professional experience, discovering the beautiful Spanish traditions and making new friends – for sure made this adventure a unique time for all of the participants.

The internship I have recently attended taught me lots of new skills and let me improve those that I’ve already had. I’ve learned that working in a group demand understanding, sharing ideas and sometimes even humility. I am very happy that I received such a great chance and I hope I took the best advantage of this opportunity.

I think that internship in Host Organization was the best internship I could ever imagine, because it was learning about creating the websites, marketing, customizing the websites – like plugins, general look of website design – in general about creating a project that might bright our life in the future and expand our creativity! These were probably the best two weeks of my life, so in the end I am very thankful to everyone who made a possibility for me to be in such a wonderful place. Thank you!
