About This Project
This month we welcome Croatian students from Tehnička škola Sisak (Technical School SISAK), the students from the sectors like IT technicians, environmental technicians and CNC programmers were doing their internship in Seville for 3 weeks and were improving their knowledge and skills in Spanish companies.
The IT students were developing front end of the web platform using HTML, CSS or JavaScript, managing the object-oriented database using MySQL or controlling the version with git applied to Git Hub and using remote connections in ssh with the server in the development environment.
The environmental technicians were doing their internship in the Andalusian laboratory were saving and analyzing the results of research and experiments, getting to know the tools, equipment, and technologies used in the laboratory or identifying and analyzing gases and sewage polluting the environment.
CNC programmers were improving their skills in designing 3D parts using a computer and CAD/CAM software, learning about the machining process using a computer and CAD/CAM software and operating CNC lathe machine and CNC milling machine.
The students were discovering also Spanish cities during their free time, just like Cordoba, Malaga or Granda. It was a great opportunity to get to know the spanish culture, people and make new friendships. We believe that you enjoyed a lot!

Seville is such a beautiful, astonishing city with a lot of attractions and things to do. I came here primarily because of exercises related to my profession, but we also travelled to other cities, also attractive and beautiful. As far as work is concerned, I am very happy to spend time in my company (school) with polite and kind tutors/mentors and other people from there. I loved what I did, it interested me a lot (that’s why I chose this profession), and I would definitely like to have a job like that in future.

My stay in Sevilla was full of surprises. I really liked the old city centre and architecture in Sevilla, while enjoying various offers of food and street performances of Flamenco Dances. Regarding the professional practice in Salesianos Trinidad, it was amazing. It was a full learning experience with our incredible and friendly mentor, Manuel, who supported us and helped us whenever we encountered a problem. Overall, it was a fulfilling and great experience!
