About This Project

Polish students were able to develop their skills as game programmers in Seville. The main tasks of the students from Zespół Szkół Informatycznych were as follows:

  • They covered the basics of simple character and object animation.
  • They also added a main menu for the game, from which it was not only possible to move to other levels, but also to restart and close the game.
  • They learned how to build their application to run outside the development environment, so now their games can be played on any computer.
  • In addition, they managed to introduce their first opponent into the game.

The character can now move on its own, follow the player and attack him.Bravo!

PARTICIPANTS’ OPINIONS

Wojciech Opara

I learned a lot during my stay here. Even though I was not sure whether I would like creating video games, it turned out to be a lot of fun and at the end I was deeply invested in developing my game. Our tutor explained all the programming concepts clearly and now I feel comfortable using the Unity
engine. In our free time we explored a big part of Seville and we saw a lot of monuments. I was amazed by the beauty of this city, especially at night!

Mateusz Bandura

The practices were great, I learned a lot of new things thanks to our tutor and I had a really great time. The stay here was a great pleasure, I really like Sevilla and the atmosphere here. I am definitely going to reconsider visiting this place again.
