About This Project

In January group of 16 students from Bydgoszcz, were hosted by euroMind in Malaga to gain a 3-weeks internship in the Administrative sector. In Malaga, students had an opportunity to learn new information which they will use in the future. Also, trainees had different tusks which helped them increase their knowledge.

Trainees were creating and modifies documents using Microsoft Office. Performing general office duties. Using a photocopier, printer, and scanner. Preparing, scanning, and placing documents in electronic and paper filing systems, Maintaining and managing inventory control of materials and suppliers. Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments. Analyzing prices and purchasing office supplies. Providing appropriate organization of invoices. Maintaining and updating records management database systems.

During their stay in Malaga, the trainees not only developed their work skills but also took part in different cultural activities such as the Tapas Night. Also, students were traveling around the Andalusian region, they visited Caminito del Rey, and Ronda.

Students get sufficient Spanish courses with our Spanish teacher, we emphasize practice, so during lessons students play a lot, because we think the game is the best teacher. Spanish classes can be described in two words: dynamic and practical. That is why, after intensive and hard learning, the students had written an exam. All the participants passed with very good results!

euroMind team did their best to deliver the best professional and cultural experience to the trainees of the project being always ready to help, give advice and solve any problems or doubts.

PARTICIPANTS’ OPINIONS

Adrianna Czyżewska

I am very positive about the Erasmus + internship. I spent the best 3 weeks of my life. I met wonderful people here, there was a smile on my face all the time, I can definitely say that it was the best and funniest trip in my life. It was very enjoyable to work with great colleagues. I did things related to my profession there, which I really like. Time outside of work was very intense as I was visiting Malaga a lot and spending time with my friends.

Erasmus is the best life adventure you can imagine. Practical learning of the profession and exploring the world in one. Thanks to Erasmus, I gained the necessary practical knowledge and I met many wonderful people. I learned the basics of another language. I got to know a new culture. And I have visited many beautiful places. I would love to experience it again.

Wiktoria Kowalska

The Erasmus program helped me develop my openness to people and improve my language skills. (Break the barrier) I was able to see what life is like in another place on earth. (It turned out to be wonderful) I felt at ease in my workplace and got to know a lot of new things. I hope that in the
future I will have a chance to come back here, maybe for a longer time. I do not regret my decision to leave, it was the best adventure of my life.
