In July 2018,  15 trainees from Cieszyn (Poland) did their three weeks´ internship in Seville as CNC operators and Air-Conditioning technicians. They were wrking in local companies in order to develop their skills and improve their competences. During their training, they carried out many tasks, such as:

• Checking the condition and the status of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Performing  corrective and preventive services of maintenance for different types of equipment
• Repairing any defect and failure that appears in air conditioning systems
• Checking and seeing if the faults and defects are repaired properly
• Interpreting plans and technical pictures
• Operating and monitoring machines for cutting, drilling and grinding the metal
• Checking the results of operations and if it is not satisfactory, call the adjuster
• Preparing elements for turning

In addition, they had the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Seville during a Seville tour and learn some Spanish during Spanish lessons. At the weekend, they went on a trip to the amazing city of Gibraltar. We hope that they will make the best use of this experience in their future. We wish them all great careers!
